The design and build of Zland by Dave and Jeannie Ziemer.

Day one at our new property we purchased November 2020 nine months ago. It was raw land with nothing but a shack wich is now the Zland community kitchen. 9 months later Zland is born.

The first thing we did was build a barn to store everything and be able to work when it's raining.

The barn structure is designed for future upper lofr condo spaces.

After the barn was up we moved in a greenhouse shed from our other property to make it the Zland bathroom.

The priority for the Zland community bathroom was a good hor water system that can handle continuous use 24/7 so all guest would have hot water. This tankless water heater definitely met our needs .
